  Produce your own nitrogen right from the word go with the modular system from BOGE. With BOGE’s new nitrogen generators, you select the power, nitrogen output and purity level you require as and when you need it. This lets you boost your efficiency and produce nitrogen exactly the way you want it.
  Take advantage of BOGE‘s high-efficiency modular system, which is easy to expand and retrofit. Just screw it on and set the amount of nitrogen you wish to produce. Nitrogen with a constant purity of up to 5.0 (99.999%) will be generated using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology.
  BOGE nitrogen generators are designed with two interconnected receivers which are used alternately to ensure continuous nitrogen adsorption takes place. Using the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method, the purified compressed air flows through a receiver fitted with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS). The oxygen molecules in the air are absorbed in this process until the CMS is saturated. By switching over to the other receiver, the process continues while the saturated receiver regenerates itself. This same process takes place in each of the modules.

  Make yourself independent. With the new product range from BOGE, your compressed air specialist, you generate just the amount of oxygen you need in a reliable and cost-effective way.  BOGE generator types O 3 P to O 15 P and BOGE O 3 PE to O 15 PE produce oxygen with purity levels of between 90 and 95 percent. It is now possible to generate just the amount you need whenever you want to, making you independent of expensive external suppliers.
  BOGE Oxygen Generators produce oxygen using the high-efficiency Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process. The basis for this process is two containers filled with zeolite molecular sieves (ZMS), which are flooded in turn with compressed air, and which physically separate the nitrogen from the oxygen. The oxygen obtained passes into the special container and is then ready for use.

  Expand your compressed air system with the practical BOGE modular system. Up to two expansion banks can be attached to any master bank. Each bank can hold up to six individual modules, which are very easy to fit. The standard basic control for BOGE Oxygen Generators displays up to two readings, such as oxygen purity and oxygen quantity. The premium control is optionally available for displaying additional readings.
  The optimally tailored complete system comprises a compressor, filter, refrigerant dryer, activated carbon adsorber, compressed air container, oxygen generator and oxygen container, ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply of oxygen.
