E2HP 2" Standard Flow

When pressure is critical, Versa-Matic's E2HP 2" high pressure pumps provide the performance you need. The E2HP features the Elima-Matic® Air Valve System for non-stalling, non-icing, and lube-free operation.

N25 1" / N50 2" Full Flow

Blagdon N25 1" and N50 2" full flow high pressure pumps offer enhanced power when pressure and flow rate are important. The N25 and N50 achieve discharge pressure up to 238 psi using two air chambers to double the amount of air per stroke. Included in the full flow design is an additional air chamber to provide higher flow rates with less pulsation, resulting in reduced wear on pipes and fittings.

The N25/N50...

Elima-Matic® food-processing pumps are built with FDA-compliant materials so they can be specified in applications requiring FDA approval. The innovative Elima-Matic® air valve system virtually eliminates icing, stalling, and the need for lubrication. Elima-Matic® FDA pumps are available in 1/2", 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 3" sizes with an optional Versa-Sense™ leak detection system.

The Elima-Matic® sanitary pump has been designed to the 3A Sanitary Standards for Air or Hydraulically Driven Diaphragm Pumps for Milk and Milk Products, Number 44-01. Available in 1-1/2" and 2" sizes, sanitary pumps are available with the Versa-Sense leak detection system, which protects the product from contamination in the event of a diaphragm failure.

Elima-Matic® Sanitary Pumps:

•  Feature a surface finish of 32 µin (0.8 µm) or better on product contact surfaces and external surfaces
